1989

JRH & Associates, Inc. Founded

Jim Hurley launched the firm with a clear purpose: to give Long Island families and businesses the level of accounting expertise and personal attention they deserved.

Late 1990s

Corporate Practice Expanded

Growing demand from small business clients led to formalizing a dedicated corporate accounting and consulting division serving businesses across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

2000s

30-Industry Client Base Established

The firm's reputation for individualized service grew the client base across more than thirty distinct industries, from healthcare and real estate to hospitality and professional services.

2012

Retirement Planning Division Launched
